Sandra was born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt. At the age of 18, she left Alexandria to pursue her education in Law and Political Science in Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in Lyon, France. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science in 2017. Sandra interned every summer of law school in a major international corporate law firm as well as in economic public agencies. Sandra then did her Masters (Master I) in International Law as an exchange student in Brooklyn Law School, in New York City. She focused mainly on International Commercial Law and Arbitration. Sandra then completed her L.L.M. degree in Duke University School of Law where she obtained a general L.L.M. degree specialized in Business Law. Sandra competed with the Duke VIS Moot team at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. Her brief won Duke’s first ever Honorable Mention in the competition. During her time at Duke Law, Sandra volunteered for Lawyer on the Line and Legal Aid of North Carolina helping low-income tenants avoid eviction.
Sandra was hired as an associate attorney with the Phipps Team in 2020, her practice areas are mass tort and commercial litigation. She is currently handling cases in several states across the Nation.
